STAGE CLEAN:

This service is a “beautification cleaning” or a simple “touch up style”! This service is chosen for those who are selling their homes and need it photo ready or for those who need just a quick wipe down!

THIS SERVICE INCLUDES: Sweep only | Dusting | Exterior Surface wipe down only of needed counter tops, cabinets, TVs, hutches, entertainment centers, tables, vanities, appliances, and toilets

PRICE/ESTIMATE: Vacant – 2% of entire sqft | Furnished – 5% of entire sqft

BASIC CLEAN:

This service is most popular as it is the “everyday” and “essential” cleaning option.

THIS SERVICE INCLUDES: Sweep | Mop | Vacuum | Dusting | Exterior wipe down of all surfaces or vanities and cabinets, countertops, kitchen appliances, mirrors, toilets (bowl scrub included), sinks, shower stall (wipe down), tables, hutches, TVs, entertainment centers, fire places | Making of beds | Folding of blankets | Collecting of Laundry | Washing of Dishes | Toy & Book Pickup | Emptying of Trash |

PRICE/ESTIMATE: Vacant – 10% of entire sqft | Furnished – 15% of entire sqft

DEEP CLEAN:

This service is an entire sweep of the home from top to bottom, usually labeled under a “move-in” or “move-out” style. For those who need extra attention to areas not considered essential or everyday!

THIS SERVICE PROVIDES: Dusting | Sweep | Mop | Floor Stripping | Floor Polishing | Wipe down of walls | Scrubbing of all wall trim | Cleaning of all air vents | Full Wipe/Full Srub of all doors including front door, storm doors, and porch doors | Full Interior & Exterior cleaning of all windows (first floor only for exterior side), cabinets, pantries, vanities, kitchen appliances, toilets, sinks, showers, tubs. | **For furnished homes this extends to: making of bed, folding of blankets, collecting of laundry, washing of dishes, toy and book pickup, and playroom disinfection,

PRICE/ESTIMATE: 20% of entire sqft – Vacant or Furnished

ESTIMATES:

ALL estimates are based on full square footage of the home/space and will be charged based by percentage from the chosen service. (For example: A basic clean for a 1,500sqft vacant home/space will be $150 (10%) and $225 (15%) furnished)

-Should it be decided that a custom estimate is needed, that will be discussed in person and written communication will be provided and documented!

FOR BIOLOGICAL CLEANINGS:

I’m currently NOT offering biological cleanings under homicides or suicides.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I will exercise my right to refuse service to any home/space/event that is deemed unsafe or a level 3 biohazard condition and above. Circumstances that deem my refusal of services include but not limited to: active gang activity | visible and active illegal drug use/items | unkept firearms and weapons | active material and/or animal hoarding | unkept or unsafe structure such as active wood rot-holes in floors-untreated black or pink mold, and active gas/carbon monoxide leaks | visible or unkept rooms of obvious bio fluids such as blood, human/animal waste, or unsafe chemicals | active or discovered child abuse/child pornography/child endangerment of any kind

ANY discovery of the circumstances listed above will be reported to the proper authorities of the Fayetteville/Cumberland County Sources (Fayetteville Police Department, Fayetteville Child Protective Services, Fayetteville Public Works Commission, Animal Control, Ect)
